I suppose that condigender is a mutogender, however they could easily be seen as two different genders. If someone said they were mutogender I wouldn’t call them condigender Yk- but uh I’m rambling ok so
Condigender- felt under certain circumstances
Mutogender- gender fluidity that changes depending on the situation
Those are the definitions at their bare minimum— so they are different, I think the main difference would be condigender is a less specific version and mutogender is more of an umbrella term
Also here’s the difference between circumstance and situation:
"A situation is a set of circumstances in which one finds oneself. And a circumstance is a fact or condition connected with or relevant to an event or action"
