Oof. Sending my support to all Americans here after those rough results. Even though Trump's election will probably cause a spark of right-wing activity all over the world (since America has that affect on things), I know you will get it the worst.
But, hey. It's only four years which is not forever so that, although four years sounds like a long time, is slightly nice to know. Plus, if we look at past examples, Trump talks a lot of talk but doesn't always follow through with what he says - at least not to the scale he says it's going to be - so things might not turn out as bad as they sound like they will.
Try to hold out hope and just focus on living your life now. It'll be easy to spiral and get anxious if you let this be the only thing you think about. I know it's much easier said than done but, at this point, there isn't much else anyone can do.
