@Brojogon it not a official user group but since we have abuse filter I was able to create a page protection level between semi (only auto confirmed users+ can edit) and full (only content moderators+ can edit). It can be add to any page by users that can edit fully protected pages by adding the "EnhancedProtection" template to the page. I won't get into the specifics of the requirements to be in the pseudo user group that can edit EnhancedProtection protected pages but most if not all regular editors should be able to but most new (to this wiki) users cannot.
