Yup!!! transmasc is an umbrella term, so a lot of identities can fall under that label, including genderfluid. and for the plastic surgery thing, yes, you still can be trans without undergoing surgery! gender is how you feel inside, not your outside body (not to dismiss any gender dysphoria, that is a very real thing)
Yes! I guarantee that there are tons of trans people out there who haven't gotten surgery. Getting surgery doesn't change your gender- you can't choose what you feel inside, but you can choose what to do on the outside. If surgery isn't the right thing for you, then you're still valid!!
