Actually “blonde” is grammatically for females. “Blond” can be for males or female hair since hair doesn’t have a gender but “blonde” can also be used for female hair. If you call someone a blond then add an e if it’s a female person. Its a real thing, its from french, look it up

Makes sense but, we're speaking English here, and English'a grammatical gender isn't as prominent as French is. This is like correcting people for saying "Bravo" to a woman instead of saying "Brava", when doing that would make sense in some languages, but not English.
