All our Wiki Polices and discussions guidelines apply to the off-topic thread.
For content that requires them, tws/cws/sws should be put at both the top *and* bottom of the post, with space between the warning and sensitive content both times.
All caps, like THIS, are only allowed if it's less than 5 words. Otherwise it needs a warning.
Flashing graphics/fast-moving graphics aren't allowed at all.
