Does ahnyone ave different ways I can bind without a binder?

I considered sports bras, but my mom told me that I can get really hot in those. The only place I can get anything is Amazon at the moment. I can't get trans tape because I'm not out yet. I thought of minimizer bras or compression bras, but I can't find any good ones that give me the result I want. The only thing I have right now is an old tank top I used for a play once. I can fold it to get my chest a bit smaller. But that's it! What things ywould ou recommend to make my chest smaller?

So uh, how do binders work, as in, do you just buy a new one when you grow out of the old one? Cause that seems expensive

I don't bind as often as I used to, now it's once every few months, but every time i do i feel so euphoric

I wore my binder but I have gym today. We're playing volleyball. I don't have something to wear in place of the binder. What do I do 😭

anyone have tips on how to ask your parent(s) for a binder? i’m switching schools later this year and i’m going to be out as a boy for the first time (currently in a religious school where i can’t come out).

i came out to my mom late last year (2023) and she was pretty supportive/accepting of me, she hasn’t started using my chosen name or pronouns yet but she did say she’d eventually bring it up with my dad. before i start my new school i want to ask for a binder but i’m also really scared to ask for anything tbh.

how would i ask for one since i don’t think my mom knows what that even is? (for context i am a minor and can’t order anything myself so i can’t just get one without asking-).

Okay, so between when I put on my binder in the morning and take it off when I get home from school is about 6am to about 3pm. That's more than eight hours (it's about nine hours), which is the cutoff for safe binding. What should I do?

(Sports bra) binding every other day, from when I wake up (6am) to after school when I get home, around 4:50, which is still over 8 hours, but the one I'm using doesn't restrict my breathing almost at all, and it's comfortable.

(sock, knee-highs-) packing literally every day. It makes me confident idk-

Trying to squeeze in loose clothes and gender neutral clothes as much as possible, kinda difficult though.

I've been binding for more than 8 hours and have worn the sports bra method thingy like 4 four days in a row. HOW DO I STOP IT??!!??!??!?! I know its bad but like euphoria because it semi smoothens my chest and euphoria but its bad to over-bind and i want to stop but cant; help pleaseee????

So i'm going on a trip, should i bind today? I'm not going to bind tomorrow because of exercise, but there isn't much today. Most would be a 15 minute walk. help

I stopped binding 3hrs ago, should i be safe to bind again for a bit (30 min, tops an hr)? Just to fiddle a bit and figure out what's most comfortable

It's just three small ( not too tight, don't worry) sports bras but I swear it flattens my chest SO MUCH-

But like generally I'm kinda busty so I can't wait to go to school like this, especially cause the second GSA (Gay-Straight Alliance) meeting is tomorrow AND I get to see my joyfriend for the first time since last school year (they go to private school and I was away all summer) and it makes me happy to convincingly look less female and have the possibility of confusing people :D
