Condigender

Is it possible to personally use them interchangeably? How can I distinguish them? Is condigender a form of mutogender?

Someone who's gender is sometimes felt under specific circumstances, but not always. Some who feel this gender may feel it at specific moments more often than they do randomly, or vice versa.
