So. My (private) christian school is attempting to make a part of the curriculum intentionally homophobic with their new 'sex ed' curriculum. I was planning to maybe come out as pan soon, and this pretty much obliterates any chance I have at that, and any opinions that students may have on homosexuality. I'm pretty sure forcing students to write why being gay is wrong is against some part of free speech (I live in america), but it's not like they care. The majority of parents currently are for the curriculum, but I was wondering if there is any way to stop this.

I'll edit this to explain more later, but I need to do homework.

So first of all, my school has been blocking more and more fandoms, so if I go offline for a long time, I probably just can't get on.

Christmas break was cool because my cousin got a pride shirt, and so that was cool.

I also have found a few other kids in the lgbtqia+ community at school recently, and I don't feel as alone there as I used to.

One of our librarians uses they/them pronouns for me, and it's just euphoria and happieness!!!!

Also if you don't know many queer people irl, I would recommend just going to a library, because it seems like that's where the everyone hangs out. It might just be a thing where I live though, Idk.
