A fluid gender identity. the person can be content with their gender and pronouns and then suddenly they're questioning all over again. They may feel like their sense of self has been taken from them, This is a repeating process. The process may have some genders longer or shorter than others. But, the person has one or more sets of pronouns/labels that they are always comfortable with (more or less as the gender changes)
The name is based off of how they may feel like their identity have been pulled away from them by the fluidity of their gender

The long pink in the flag represents a consistent set of pronouns, and then the little rainbow colors represent how it can suddenly change to a whole RAINBOW of genders and pronouns! haha see what I did there
The symbol is the same meaning wise, consistent then all over the place
