What do you feel when people use your preferred pronouns (like, do you feel euphoric)?
Are there other pronouns that make you feel the same way but aren't your preferred pronouns?
What do you feel when people use pronouns you don't prefer?
Are there any pronouns you feel neutral about?
Do you feel differently for any pronouns if they are spoken verbally vs typed?
Are preferred pronouns only pronouns that make the person feel good or is it just what you want people to use?
If the answer to the last one is pronouns that make a person feel good, why is it called "preferred" pronouns and not something else?
Special question for cis people who use the expected pronouns for their gender, if any of y'all are on here; Does using those pronouns give you euphoria? do you feel things when people use them?
I'm just asking bc recently I have not been getting any "good" feelings from people using my pronouns, though I rarely hear them used verbally in person. So i can't tell if it would make me feel good if used verbally or not. Recently I've been feeling absolutely nothing towards most pronouns, and those I feel anything for are pronouns like she/her which make me a tad uncomfortable, mostly only if spoken verbally. I can't tell if my pronouns have just changes, and decided to fluid their way over to pronouns I haven't tested recently or smth, or whether they're just gone because pronounflux reasons, or they were used too much and I'm just fraypronominal or smth. Sometimes a couple of my pronouns feel more comfortable for a bit, but it's more like a "yeah sure" than something like euphoria.
Even so, I want people to use he/him, ey/em, or they/them to refer to me for the most part.
Is this how cis people feel about people using pronouns on them? kus I don't think they usually feel euphoria for their pronouns. at least, that's how it seems.
Sorry for the long post, especially when I'm not too common to find on here.
Have a great day!
