Aishawinxic or laylawinxic is a winxic identity in which one's gender is related to Aisha from Winx Club. One's gender may be related to Aisha herself, Aisha's magic, or a magical sense or connection to water or waves. Aishawinxic may be a "fluid" gender within itself.

The Aishawinxic flag has 18 stripes. The colors in order are dark grey, 4 shades of pink, dark indigo, teal, pale pink, dark greyish-indigo, light red, magenta, white, pale red, dark purple, lavender, reddish-pink, red and orange. These colors all come together to represent genderfluidity, and the many colors represent how specific and special the gender aishawinxic feels, along with the possibility of all the genders someone can have along with it. The repeating colors also represents genderfluidity sometimes returning to a gender someone was already once before, in sporadic and unpredictable ways, similar to the flag. The pinks also represents Aisha's lipstick, and the orange and multiple reds represent her hair.
