Clutterboy is a gender identity in which one's gender is related to clutter or feeling like your gender is very cluttered and messy, and being a boy. One's gender doesn't necessarily have to be connected to manhood or masculinity.
Clutterboy may also be considered a combination of cluttergender and male, in which case it is similar to cluttermasculine.
The feminine counterpart is cluttergirl.
