Not to be confused with Contragender or Contrastgender.

Contragender is a gender identity with two meanings:

  1. It describes someone who feels that their gender changes during the day versus night.[4] One who is contragender may feel like a woman or girl during the day, and like man or boy during the night, or any combination of genders.[5]
  2. This term can also be used for anyone who is genderfluid, but feels that their gender changes more during the night than the day (or vice versa).[5]

Common Definitions[]

So. What you're telling me this gender is just the "Normal kid by day, hero by night (or vise versa)" line from movies and shows but gender?

Flag & Symbol[]

The contragender flag was also coined by FANDOM user Hoixe on an unknown date, presumably the coining date. The yellow represents daytime; the pink represents womanhood, and is associated with femininity; the white represents all non-binary genders; the light blue represents manhood, which is associated with masculinity; and the dark blue represents nighttime, when one’s gender shifts.[1]

The contragender symbol was designed by HelenDaMelon on December 6, 2022.[2]
