Ambonec or AN for short is a non-binary gender identity in which one identifies as both female and male, but also identifies as neither, at the same time.

The term was coined by transmalenaoto ~{nbshadow}~ at an unknown date.[1]
The word ambonec comes from the Latin words ambo meaning "both", and nec meaning "neither".
Flags[]
The original ambonec flag was created by transmalenaoto at the time of coining, but it is unknown who created the alternative ambonec flag. Neither of the flag's meanings are known.[2]
The second alternative ambonec flag was created by Tumblr user the-ross-winchester and the flag meanings are as follows; pinks for different intensities of femininity, blues for different intensities of masculinity, black and grey for different intensities of neither.[3]
