Girlby is a gender identity in which one identifies with both feminine and fiaspec genders and non-binary genders. The masculine counterpart is enboy or manby.
Examples of this may include:
- a multigender person who experience nonbinary and female aligned genders
- a bigender person who is nonbinary and a girl
- people who are gendervast
- a female aligned nonbinary person, similar to lunarian, asolvian, and faesari.
Girlby is not to be confused with demigirl. The latter means being partially a girl and partially another gender, while a girlby could be any number of genders as long as there is at least one Fiaspec/feminine and one nonbinary gender.

History[]
On May 31st of 2018, tumblr user portugayse made a post proposing the two terms; 'girlby' and 'enboy'. [5]They had personally thought "nonbinary boy" and "nonbinary girl" were too clunky so they decided to create these new terms. On August 9th of 2018, Beyond MOGAI Pride Flags created the original Girlby flag.[6]
