Hypertwink is a non-binary identity which is often associated with “twink” as a subculture within gay communities. Hypertwink is what happens when you push twink cultural aesthetics to its farthest reaches as a gender expression.
Hypertwink people/beings may experience dysphoria and wish to become more twink-like. This may include taking hormone replacement therapy, medicines, or surgeries. Some hypertwinks may additionally identify as transfeminine or transmasculine but it is not necessary.
Hypertwink may also be associated with, but is not the same as, femboy.
