Lescoy is a term that describes a lesbian who is a cis man/boy. The reasons for this may include:
- Someone who was a lesbian trans woman and detransitioned, but still feels a connection to womanhood, femininity, and/or being a lesbian
- A lesbian who is AMAB and a masc-/man-aligned gender and partially identifies as cis but partially doesn't
- A lesbian who is intersex and non-binary and identifies as cis because of that, and partially identifies as a boy/man or calls themself a boy/man
- A lesbian who is intersex and a trisgender man, having previously identified as a girl, but still feels a connection to womanhood, femininity, and/or being a lesbian
- A transfem/transneutral/etc who reclaims being called cis/a man
- A lesbian who is cusper between being a trans woman and a feminine cis man
- A system where the members are a mix of lesbians and cis straight men and use "lesbian cis man" as a collective term
