Lumessia is a xenogender identity in which one's gender is described by stars, space, constellations, comets, galaxies, and everything else in space. It may feel vast, expansive, bright, and cold, but it doesn't have to be.

Terms used for lumessia include: astrine, in equivalent to masculine, feminine, xenine, etc.; lumin (lumen, plural), in equivalent to man, woman, xenan, etc.; and stell (stells plural), in equivalent to boy, girl, xip, etc.
