Transmascfem
Transmascfem or Transfemmasc is a transgender individual who identifies more with femininity and masculinity than neutrality; and/or is a multitransitional individual who is both transfeminine and transmasculine. Reasons for this can include being unassigned at birth, intersex, or others. One may also identify as a gender in between male and female, or masculine and feminine.

The alternate and remade transmascfem flags were made by Tumblr user kenochoric on December 24th, 2021.
The transfemmemasc flags were made by Reddit user WrongComparison on Apr 12th, 2021. The flags were made by combining two complementary transfemme and transmasc flag designs, and inserting a purple stripe in the middle to signify being both fem- and masc- at the same time,
